Goulds Pumps of Seneca Falls unveiled its new 3,000 square foot facility dedicated exclusively to housing the pump manufacturers' training activities. Goulds holds over thirty programs a year and hosts in excess of 1,000 students, teaching them everything from basic hydraulics to advanced technology control systems. The Center will accommodate fifty students in the classroom setting. It sports breakout rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and fifty pumps for hands-on maintenance experience. There are demonstration units, work stations, cranes, and tools; all that's required to become a pump expert.

"The Center is perfect for Goulds' training requirements, a totally self contained facility right down to reserved parking," boasted Pam Caughill, Manager of Learning & Development. The Center is a dream-come-true for Manager of Product & Market Training, Joe James. "We were cramped in our previous facility and lacked the space to allow students to get their hands dirty troubleshooting pumps".

Space is no longer a problem. The Center has a large access door for movement of equipment and the whole structure is handicapped friendly.
