Goulds Features Large End Suction Pumps for Floatation and Aeration

    10/20/2008

Seneca Falls, NY October 20, 2008 – The ITT Goulds Models 3180 and 3185 pumps are designed to provide unsurpassed performance in floatation and aeration system services. These large end-suction centrifugal pump models are able to handle the air found in these processes because of their unique open impeller design. The Goulds 3180 and 3185 pumps offer high flows and pressures.  They are an economical alternative to horizontal splitcase models for many water and wastewater treatment applications.

Built to both English (3180) and metric standards (3185), these pumps feature back pullout design allowing easy, one-craft maintenance. There is no need to disconnect piping or disturb the motor / electrical supply while performing routine maintenance. They are available with flows to 26,000 GPM (6,000 m3/h) and heads to 410 feet (125m).
