The patent pending O-Head allows smoother running with lower vibration levels exceeding all major international rotating equipment specifications. This new discharge head also offers the added benefit of improved efficiency and mechanical condition due to its mitered radius waterway. Its unique structural static and dynamic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) design for stress and deflection (using parametric modeling) ensures the reliability of every Goulds vertical turbine pump. The O-head is available on vertical products sizes 16” diameter discharge and above.
