The Model 3610 is an axially-split, between-bearing (BB1) double suction process pump. It is fully compliant with API 610/ISO 13709 10
th Edition standards.
Designed for operation at high temperatures and pressures, the 3610 pump is rated for a 20-year service life and will provide optimum safety and reliability in a wide range of demanding oil and gas applications. Stand-out features include:

Heavy-duty shafts. Allow for minimum deflection in tough services to increase bearing life and protect the shaft seal.

Double suction impeller. Provides longer bearing life by minimizing axial thrust; polished waterways and a fully-machined exterior surface improve efficiency, lowering energy usage.

Axially-split heavy-duty casings. Foot-mounted design resists external forces and vibration; the casings contain high pressures and are 100 percent hydrostatically tested. Single craft maintenance allows for minimum downtime, as the upper half of the casing can be removed for inspection or maintenance of the rotating element without disrupting the piping or driver.

Labyrinth bearing protection. Now standard on all 3610 pumps, significantly reducing the chance of bearing contamination and greatly improving the mean time between failures.
